YouLoveLetters.com lets you create digital love letters with photos and share them through a private link. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide an accurate email address when signing up.
You keep ownership of the letters and photos you upload. By uploading content, you confirm you have the right to use and share it. You grant us a limited license to store and display your content so the service can work — including showing it to people you share your private link with.
You may not upload content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Anyone with your letter's private link can view it. Share links carefully. You can delete a letter at any time from your profile, which removes it and its photos.
Paid plans (such as yearly or lifetime access) unlock the ability to share letters. Prices are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your card details. Unless a plan is labeled lifetime, subscriptions renew until cancelled.
We aim to keep the service running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
