We collect the email address and password you use to sign up, and the content you create: letter text, recipient names, photos, captions, dates, and locations. We also collect basic technical data needed to run the site securely.
We use your information to provide the service: storing your letters, showing them to you in your profile, and displaying them to people you share a private link with. We do not sell your personal data or use your letters for advertising.
Your letters are private by default. Only people you give a private link to can view a letter. You can revoke access at any time by deleting the letter from your profile.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
Your letters and photos are stored until you delete them or close your account. Deleting a letter removes its text and photos from our systems, subject to standard backup retention periods.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
You can access, correct, or delete your content at any time from your profile. You may also request a copy of your data or account deletion by contacting us.
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
